Day of Coordination

As your Day-of Coordinator, my role is to provide clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. Beginning 4–6 weeks before your wedding, we step in to finalize details, coordinate with your vendor team, and create a seamless event timeline. On your wedding day, we manage every moving part behind the scenes so you can remain fully present, relaxed, and focused on celebrating each moment.

Our Day-of Wedding Coordination service is designed to ensure your celebration unfolds seamlessly from start to finish. Beginning 4–6 weeks before your wedding, we step in to finalize details, confirm logistics with your vendor team, and create a comprehensive, customized timeline tailored to your day.

On your wedding day, our team manages every moving part behind the scenes — from ceremony cues and décor placement to reception flow, vendor coordination, and schedule management. We serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors, oversee transitions throughout the event, and handle any unexpected issues with professionalism and discretion.

From the first processional to the final send-off, our goal is to provide peace of mind, allowing you to remain fully present and enjoy every moment of your celebration with confidence and ease.
